Your restaurant menu, ready for delivery.

The dishes already work on the table. On a phone in Qatar and the Gulf they have to work again, in Arabic and in English.

Sofra is that second writing, done once, instead of retyping the menu into a sheet.

From the dining room to the delivery menu

A guest in Doha, Dubai, or Riyadh does not sit down. They order from a screen. They read one language, then the other. They look for a plate that clears the free-delivery line. The kitchen already cooked the food. The menu on the phone is a second menu, and someone on the team usually writes it by hand.

You bring the menu the restaurant already serves. Sofra reads the dishes, shows what a delivery menu for this cuisine and this country is missing, rewrites every dish in Arabic and English, and hands you a file the delivery apps accept.

How the menu moves

Start with the menu you serve

A PDF, photos of the printed menu, or the sheet the restaurant already keeps. This is the menu the dining room knows. Sofra reads the dishes, the sections, and the prices.

See what the phone is missing

A delivery menu for this cuisine and this country has gaps: dishes you do not offer, a name with no second language, a price that sits far from the rest, and the 40 line a guest uses to reach free delivery.

Write it the way a guest reads it

Each dish gets an Arabic name and an English name, in the voice of the restaurant. The photo stays with that dish, on a white background, the way a delivery app shows a plate.

Leave with the file

An import file, a zip of the photos, and a bilingual workbook. You upload that. You do not retype the restaurant menu again.

Who walks this path

The owner who keeps one delivery menu

After service, you are the person who updates what the apps show. Sofra is one workspace for that restaurant: its country, its currency, its cuisines. You can invite up to three other people into it.

Each branch is its own login

A second branch is a second account. A person in Kuwait does not edit the Doha menu. There is no shared pile of dishes across the Gulf.

Start from the menu you serve tonight.

Name the restaurant, choose the country, and upload. The first pass through the delivery menu is free to try.
